Fits 2004 and older Peterbilt models 330, 335, 337, 340, 348, 357, 365, 367, 378, and 379 with a Flat Top. Not intended for use on Ultracab trucks or 2005+ models.

Installation may require drilling of additional holes for mounting brackets.
