This is a stainless steel visor. Mounts in the center and on both sides. Fits trucks with cab mounted mirrors, ONLY. Will not fit trucks with door mounted mirrors.

Fits 2006 through 2022 Peterbilt 388 and 389 model Ultracab trucks with an original stainless steel sunvisor, Will not fit Pride & Class 389 models, or 386 models with an original fiberglass sunvisor.

Will not fit 387 or 579 trucks.
